Ingredients
- 1-2 ripe fresh California Avocados seeded & peeled
- ½ cup fresh Houweling’s Tomatoes diced
- ¼ cup red onion diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp basil freshly chopped
- 1-2 medium cloves garlic minced
- 1 sourdough baguette ½” slices, lightly toasted
- freshly ground pepper and salt to taste
