Ingredients
- 1-2 ripe Fresh California Avocados seeded & peeled
- ½ cup Fresh Houweling’s Tomatoes diced
- ¼ cup red onion diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp basil freshly chopped
- 1-2 medium cloves garlic minced
- 1 sourdough baguette ½” slices, lightly toasted
- Freshly ground pepper and salt to taste

Instructions
- Thinly slice ½ of the avocados, cut slices in half.
- Dice the remaining avocado and lightly combine with the tomatoes, onion, olive oil, basil, garlic, pepper & salt.
- Top each slice of toasted bread with 2-3 avocado slices, top with 1 heaping Tbsp. of the tomato mixture.
