Ingredients
  • 1-2 ripe Fresh California Avocados seeded & peeled
  • ½ cup Fresh Houweling’s Tomatoes diced
  • ¼ cup red onion diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp basil freshly chopped
  • 1-2 medium cloves garlic minced
  • 1 sourdough baguette ½” slices, lightly toasted
  • Freshly ground pepper and salt to taste

Instructions
  1. Thinly slice ½ of the avocados, cut slices in half.
  2. Dice the remaining avocado and lightly combine with the tomatoes, onion, olive oil, basil, garlic, pepper & salt.
  3. Top each slice of toasted bread with 2-3 avocado slices, top with 1 heaping Tbsp. of the tomato mixture.
