BEEFSTEAK TOMATOES

Grown only in California at this time, our Beefsteak tomatoes are the biggest of the Houweling’s family of greenhouse tomatoes. Known for their firm “meaty” texture, light-red color and thicker skin, Beefsteaks aren’t quite as sweet as the other varieties but certainly deliver an incredible flavor complement when sliced and added to a sandwich or a char-broiled burger.
